December 1st and that means time to break out the advent calendars and other fun countdown/count up to Christmas!
This year we started two new traditions. First, I made the boys advent calendars that they can do!
In 25 days, Santa will have a full beard and he’ll be on his way!
And also in the Brown house, we started a new tradition thanks to an idea on Pinterest.
25 wrapped Christmas books. One picked each night, unwrapped and read as a family.
We let Brodie pick the first book.
And Bates got to unwrap it.
And then we read the choice- the Twelve Days of Christmas.
I am loving our two newest family traditions and can’t wait to be intentionally with our time together this season!
